Absolutely – that’s half the fun.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a tracking link via email from Australia Post.
My tracking says 'Left in a Safe Place' but it's not here
Start with a solid scout around the usual drop zones – porches, side gates, meter boxes, pot plants, etc.
Still missing? Let us know and we’ll lodge an enquiry.
Also: If you have the time and/or inclination, you can lodge one too, here – it often helps speed things up.
Do You Deliver Worldwide?
Yes, and we do a little happy dance every time we get an order from somewhere far-flung 🥳
We ship worldwide, with transparent flat rates and customs-friendly packaging.
What countries do we ship to? Anywhere that accepts mail. From Singapore to Spain to Saskatchewan – if you’ve got a post office (or some kind of when-you-live equivalent), we’ll find it!
Customs, Schmustoms
Most countries (including Australia) won’t charge duties or import fees on orders under $1000. We send every parcel with the correct customs information to help it clear without issues—but once it leaves our hands, we can’t take responsibility for any customs delays or charges that may be applied at the destination.
Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees are set by your local postal or customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
That said, if something does go sideways, we’ll always do our best to help sort it out.
We choose to ship with Australia Post (even though it costs us more than some other carriers) because they’ve consistently been the most reliable option for getting our orders delivered on time, intact, and trackable from end to end.
Can I Pick My Order Up?
Yes! If you're on the Central Coast, you can collect from our Erina warehouse:

If your order hasn’t left the building, yes. And you can DIY, too. Just log in to your account using your email address (you'll be asked to set a password, and you're off!)
What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
We’ll get in touch to confirm your address and resend it. Just note we'll charge for redelivery if the original address was entered incorrectly.
How Do I Return Something?
Sometimes things don’t fit, suit or feel quite right—and that’s okay. We get it.
Here’s how to return or exchange your Eltee order without the drama.
You can send it back as long as:
- It’s in original condition (unworn + unwashed)
- You’re within 30 days of receiving it
- Underwear is returned in its original packaging
- Hygiene stickers are still in place
Just head to our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.
Once it’s back with us and all checks out, we’ll refund you within 1–2 business days. You’ll get an email to let you know it’s all done and dusted. 🫶
Heads up: Return shipping is on you, but if you're exchanging, we’ll cover the cost of sending your new item out.
What If I Want To Exchange?
If you're in Australia, that's no worries.
Want a different size, colour or style? Easy peasy. Same conditions as returns:
- Original condition, unworn + unwashed
- Returned within 30 days
- Hygiene stickers still attached

🌍 Outside Australia?
While we don’t offer direct exchanges for international orders, you can still return for a refund and place a new order for what you need.

What If There’s a Fault?
We’ve got sky-high quality standards and an equally fussy production team—so faults are very rare. We’re talking “could count them on one hand each month (and might not need all our fingers)” rare.
But if something does slip through the cracks, we’ll make it right. Just email us with:
- A quick description of the issue
- A couple of clear photos
- Your order number
From there, we’ll either send out a replacement or give you a full refund—whatever works best for you.
Can Girls Wear UnderSwim If They’re Getting In and Out of the Pool?
Yep—UnderSwim is designed to be worn in and out of the water. That includes training, warm-ups, poolside waiting, and everything in between.
That said, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Lighter flow days? No problem. She can wear UnderSwim comfortably the whole time she’s at the pool.
- Heavier flow days? Use with care. Period flow usually pauses in the water, but it can kick back in fast once she’s out. If the gusset’s already full, that sudden post-swim surge can increase the risk of leaks.
Hot tip: If she’s bleeding heavily when putting them on, give the gusset a light spritz with water first. Just like a sponge, it works better damp than dry.
- Post-swim? If she’ll be in the same pair long enough to dry out naturally, it’s best to change into a fresh one. Dried blood in the lining can stiffen the fabric and affect long-term performance.
TL;DR: UnderSwim’s great for pool sessions and everything around them—just be smart about heavy days and switch out of them if they’ve dried with flow inside.
Can You Wear UnderSwim Out of the Pool Like Normal Undies or for Dance?
Technically yes—but it’s not what they’re made for.
UnderSwim is built specifically for swimming, with a water-resistant outer layer that keeps pool water out and period flow in. That also means it’s not breathable like our other styles. So if she wears it outside the pool—especially for dance or sweaty activity—she's likely to get, well... a bit warm down there. 🥵
