PERIOD STRESS AT SWIM SQUAD, A MEET OR THE BEACH? Hard pass.
UnderSwim OG is period swim underwear worn beneath full-bottom swimwear. It period-proofs the swimsuit you already own without adding bulky seams or an obvious periodwear silhouette.
Its integrated protection absorbs up to 20 ml of menstrual flow, approximately 3-4 regular tampons or 3-4 regular pads’ worth, while a sealed, impenetrable barrier locks flow in and helps keep pool or sea water out.
The seamless OG fit disappears beneath training swimmers, race suits and regular-coverage bikini bottoms. Menstrual protection: handled. Awkward outlines: not invited.
OFFICIAL PERIOD-SAFE SWIM UNDERWEAR OF SWIMMING AUSTRALIA.
UnderSwim is compliant for USA Swimming Age Group Competitions under Rule 205.10.1. Period underwear is also permitted under Swim England guidance for training and eligible Swim England competitions, subject to the applicable event rules.
