Changed your mind? Not the right fit?

No biggie—we get it. If your Eltee Sydney gear doesn’t knock your socks off or the size isn’t quite right, we’ll sort you out with a refund or exchange.


A Few Quick Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days.

  • All products must be returned in original packaging and as new.

  • If your item came with tags or a hygiene seal (e.g. swimwear), these must still be attached and intact.


Bought a Bundle?

If you ordered a discounted bundle of underwear, we recommend starting with just one pair. That first pair is yours to keep—no returns on worn items—but we’ll happily refund the rest if they’re returned in new condition.


How to Lodge a Return

Returns and exchanges are self-serve via our online portal:

  • Returns are at customer expense.

    • For Australian customers, we’ll send out replacements at our cost.

    • For international customers, return and re-send shipping is on you.

⏳ If your order was placed more than 30 days ago, the portal won’t recognise it.
No stress—if it’s a faulty item, we’ll process your return manually. Just email us at orders@elteesydney.com.au and we’ll get it sorted.
