Selected Checkout+ at checkout? Your return shipping is covered. Send your items back to our warehouse and once they've been received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Standard orders
If you didn't opt into Checkout+, return shipping costs are yours to cover. Same refund timeline once your items are back with us and inspected: original payment method, within 2-3 business days.

Need a different size, style or colour?
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest fix is to return the original items for a refund and place a new order for what you need.

How to return
Submit your return through our returns portal. You'll need your five-digit order number (it's in the subject line of your order confirmation) and the email address used at checkout.

Disclaimer: If a returned product does not comply with our Returns Policy, it will be deemed ineligible for a refund. Due to hygiene and safety requirements, we are unable to return or reship non-compliant items. These products will be safely disposed of, and no refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

If anything’s not right - wrong item, faults, etc. - please use subject: ORDER ISSUE and email clear photos to orders@elteesydney.com.au. We’ll take it from there and get everything sorted quick smart.

There are a few conditions, but not many

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with hygiene stickers intact and original packaging included, within 30 days of delivery.

You can try them on over undies with the sticker still in place to check fit first.

Pouches arrive unsealed, so please don't tear.

Once you’ve dropped your return at the post office, email us your tracking number and a photo of the return receipt.

As soon as we have that proof of lodgment, we’ll start processing your return — no need to wait for the parcel to make it back to us. It helps us move faster and gets your refund or replacement sorted sooner.

Important Note: When emailing us the proof of postage attach a photo of the products you are returning. If the Eltee pouches have been damaged or torn we will deduct $1.00 USD per damaged pouch. If a photo is not provided we will deduct $1.00 USD per item returned.
